Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Pour the Cynar, cognac and Carpano Punt e Mes into a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled and slightly diluted.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Twist an orange zest over the drink and drop it in or rest it on the rim.
