- Pour the lemon juice and sugar syrup into a highball glass.
- Take roughly 12 mint leaves, gently clap them between your hands to release their aroma, and add them to the glass.
- Softly muddle the mint leaves—avoid crushing them, as this makes the drink bitter.
- Add the rum, pomegranate juice, and pomegranate seeds.
- Fill the glass just over halfway with crushed ice and stir well.
- Pour in the prosecco and continue filling the glass with crushed ice.
- Insert straws and garnish with a mint sprig and lemon wedge.
