Instructions

  1. Pour the lemon juice and sugar syrup into a highball glass.
  2. Take roughly 12 mint leaves, gently clap them between your hands to release their aroma, and add them to the glass.
  3. Softly muddle the mint leaves—avoid crushing them, as this makes the drink bitter.
  4. Add the rum, pomegranate juice, and pomegranate seeds.
  5. Fill the glass just over halfway with crushed ice and stir well.
  6. Pour in the prosecco and continue filling the glass with crushed ice.
  7. Insert straws and garnish with a mint sprig and lemon wedge.
