Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Put the gin, simple syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and grapefruit juice in a blender.
  3. Add one big scoop of crushed ice, about 18 cl, and blend until smooth and slushy.
  4. Pour into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve with straws.
