Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Add the Vodka, St-Germain, Mint Sprig, Simple Syrup and Lemon Juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until cold.
  4. Fine strain into the ice-filled glass.
  5. Top with Champagne and give it one gentle stir.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
