- Slice cucumbers thinly and wind them around the inside of a Collins glass before adding ice cubes.
- Combine all ingredients except tonic water in a shaker, then shake vigorously.
- Pour the mixture over ice in the prepared Collins glass.
- Top up with tonic water and garnish as desired.
