Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Add the gin, limoncello, grenadine, egg white and lemon juice to a shaker with plenty of ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf.
