A shaken tiki drink built on Clément, with lime, cane syrup and Angostura. A splash of cider and herbal liqueur adds a tart, herbal edge. Created by David Tiki Shake in 2019.
The name is French for cheap, low-grade rum, the kind distilled in the Caribbean from molasses or sugarcane juice. It also nods to a pirate who carried the same insulting nickname.
