Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Shake the lime juice, simple syrup and pisco with ice.
  3. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  4. Add the club soda and stir gently, just once or twice.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry on a stick, like a little sail, and serve with straws.
