Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add apple brandy, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice, grenadine syrup and egg white to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake hard until well chilled and the egg white has foamed.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit zest twist.
