Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Scoop the pulp of the passion fruit into a shaker and add the vodka, passion fruit liqueur and lime juice.
  3. Add ice and shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish by floating half a fresh passion fruit boat on top.
