Instructions

  1. Moisten the outside edge of a coupe with lime juice and dip it into salt. Chill the glass.
  2. Add the light white rum, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, rich sugar syrup and daiquiri bitters to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the prepared coupe.
