Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Crush the pink peppercorns in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the Skinos Mastiha, simple syrup, vodka, lemon juice and Peychaud's bitters, fill with ice and shake.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with three pink peppercorns.
