Instructions

  1. Add the gin, grenadine, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until the shaker is cold.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top up with club soda.
  5. Stir once or twice to blend.
  6. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a strawberry or a few raspberries.
