Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Put the dried cloves in a shaker and crush them with a muddler.
  3. Add the pine liqueur, pisco, pineapple juice, mead and gin, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake until well chilled.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with a pineapple wedge studded with cloves.
