Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Crush the green cardamom pods in the bottom of a shaker with a muddler, then add the pineapple and muddle it too.
  3. Add the vodka and yoghurt liqueur, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake until cold.
  5. Pour through a fine strainer into the coupe and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
