Instructions

  1. Put the White Rum, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Cream and Lime Juice in a blender.
  2. Add a 6 oz scoop of crushed ice.
  3. Blend until thick and smooth.
  4. Pour into a rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with a parasol, a pineapple wedge and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry, and serve with paper straws.
