Chop fresh pineapple for garnishing and store it in the fridge along with any additional decorations like umbrellas.
Peel another portion of the pineapple to yield about 2 cups, remove the core, and freeze it if you prefer a colder drink; however, making the cocktail without frozen pineapple is also fine.
Cool the serving glasses beforehand.
Combine rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, coconut liqueur, and half a lime's worth of juice in a blender. Add ice cubes.
Blend on high for approximately 1 minute.
Divide the mixture evenly between two chilled glasses, ensuring each glass gets an ample amount of foam. Do not stir after pouring.
Decorate with fresh pineapple slices, maraschino cherries on toothpicks, umbrellas, straws, and cocktail picks as desired.
