Greg Shutters's Pimm's Sour began at a party, as a way to turn an elderflower Pimm's Cup into a stronger drink. Belvoir Farms Elderflower Cordial forms the base, with a little crème de cassis for depth, and swapping in elderflower liqueur may call for extra lemon juice or sugar.
