Stir Pineapple Rum, CrèMe De Banane, Fernet Branca, Simple Syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

I came across the Lost Horizon in Death & Co.’s Welcome Home book, which reminded me of Offsuit’s Banana Toronto. This led to experimenting with Fernet and crème de banane. I then combined these elements with two Sazerac variations: Trina's Starlite Lounge’s Stigginserac and Death & Co.'s Bananarac. The pineapple component made me think of Pikotaro’s "Pen Pineapple Apple Pen" song, hence the name for this cocktail.
