Pineapple rum and banana liqueur stirred with Fernet Branca for a bitter edge, in a glass rinsed with absinthe. Created by Frederic Yarm in 2023.

Frederic Yarm developed the Pikotaro in 2023 from the Lost Horizon in Death & Co.'s Welcome Home, which recalled Offsuit's Banana Toronto and led to experiments with Fernet and crème de banane. These were then merged with two Sazerac variations, Stigginserac from Trina's Starlite Lounge and Bananarac from Death & Co. The pineapple in the drink brought to mind Pikotaro's song "Pen Pineapple Apple Pen", which gave it its name.
