Instructions

  1. Muddle the deseeded, chopped chilli with the basil in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Add the agave syrup, lime juice and tequila blanco.
  3. Shake with ice.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a slice of chilli pepper and tell the drinker it is not meant to be eaten.
