Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the simple syrup, Italian brandy, lemon juice and Amaro Montenegro to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until the shaker is cold to the touch.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
