The Phi-Flip is a stunning variation on the classic flip that I believe could become a new staple for years to come. Inspired by the resurgence of Bols Genever and the popularity of Bols Yoghurt liqueur, this cocktail plays with the idea of which comes first: the egg or the chicken? Just like how an omelette and milk are essential parts of my morning routine, I wanted to highlight the importance of food in our lives. This drink celebrates both the spirits used and the creator's personality. After all, without food, there would be no need for drinks!

Start by mixing egg yolk and a bar spoon of caster sugar in your shaker, whisking it by hand.
Next, combine the remaining ingredients along with ice and give everything a vigorous shake.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cold sour or cocktail glass.
Finish by grating tonka bean over the top. Cheers!
