Instructions

  1. Chill a shot glass.
  2. Stir the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth with ice until cold.
  3. Strain through a fine strainer into the shot glass.
  4. Stand the shot glass upright in a sturdy beer glass.
  5. Slowly pour the Peroni Lager around it until the level is just below the rim of the shot glass, without splashing any beer into the shot.
  6. Drink straight from the beer glass, so the shot is taken along with the beer.
