Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice.
  3. Add the gin, lemon juice, Cherry Heering, Xanté Pear Liqueur and tarragon sugar syrup.
  4. Shake until the shaker is cold.

  6. Garnish with a freshly picked tarragon stalk.
