Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass. Run a cut lemon wedge along its edge to moisten it, then dip the rim into the sugar.
  2. Pour the vodka, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, St-Germain and simple syrup into a shaker and add ice.
  3. Shake vigorously until very cold.
  4. Strain into the sugar-rimmed glass.
  5. If you like, garnish with pink grapefruit zest.
