Instructions

Make the rosemary syrup by simmering 4 sprigs of rosemary in a 1:1 sugar syrup for 5-10 minutes. Remove Rosemary and allow to cool. Add vodka, pear puree, syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass
