The Peanut Colada comes from the Syndicat cocktail club in Paris, 2020. During the quarantine the bar shared many recipes on Instagram, often built on infused liquids such as fruit waters or milks made by blending an ingredient with water. Syndicat works exclusively with French spirits and liqueurs.
