Peachy Sour

- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add bourbon, lemon juice, peach schnapps, peach liqueur, peach syrup, egg white, lavender bitters and saline solution 4:1 to a shaker.
- Dry shake without ice to build the foam.
- Add ice and shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon zest twist and a peach wedge.
