Instructions

  1. Chill the highball glass.
  2. Halve the peaches, remove the pits and peel them.
  3. Put the peaches, fresh cream, vodka and simple syrup in a blender.
  4. Add a generous amount of ice and blend until completely smooth.
  5. Pour into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a thin slice of peach on top.
