Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Muddle the peach in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the vodka, passion fruit puree, lemon juice and rosemary syrup, then fill with ice and shake hard.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and serve a small shot of champagne on the side.
