Instructions

  1. Put the tequila blanco in a rocks glass with three ice cubes and stir.
  2. Add the demerara syrup, Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters and mezcal, add more ice and stir again.
  3. Fill the glass up with ice and stir a little longer.
  4. Garnish with a flamed orange zest twist.
