Instructions

  1. Pour the Ouzo 12 into the shot glass.
  2. Slowly float the Italian brandy on top over the back of a bar spoon.
  3. Float the vodka over the brandy in the same way, so you get three separate layers.
  4. Set the top alight and drink it down in one go.
