Instructions

  1. Add the tequila blanco, Pampelle Ruby Liqueur, passion fruit syrup and lime juice to a shaker with ice. Leave out the grapefruit soda.
  2. Shake until cold.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with the grapefruit soda and stir gently once or twice.
  5. Garnish with dried grapefruit and thyme.
