Instructions

  1. Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add the Angostura bitters, cognac, gin, limejuice and simple syrup.
  3. Add a scoop of crushed ice and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a highball glass.
  5. Garnish with passion fruit and serve with straws.
