Instructions

1/12 - 2 oz white rum 3/4 oz lime juice 1/2 oz passion fruit syrup 1/2 oz simple syrup 1/2 oz egg white Add all to shaker of ice. Shake vigorously to froth egg whites. Strain into a coupe or rocks glass with or w/o ice. I used a rocks glass with a large ice ball. Sip and think "My God, it tastes like there is no alcohol in this. It's dangerously delicious ".
