Instructions

  1. Chill the martini glass.
  2. Halve the passion fruits and scoop the pulp into a shaker.
  3. Add the vodka and passion fruit syrup.
  4. Fill with ice and shake until the shaker is cold.
  5. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  6. Float a passion fruit half on the surface.
