Instructions

  1. Chill the coupe.
  2. Halve the passion fruits and scoop the pulp into a shaker.
  3. Add the lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, triple sec and gin.
  4. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
  5. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  6. Float a passion fruit half on top.
