- Chill a coupe with ice or in the freezer.
- Add the passion fruit, cachaça, passion fruit liqueur, orange curaçao, verjus, pineapple juice and daiquiri bitters to a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
- Discard the ice from the coupe and strain the drink into it.
