Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Shake apricot brandy, Angostura bitters, grenadine, egg white, orange juice and gin with ice.
  3. Strain the drink back into the empty shaker, discarding the ice.
  4. Shake again without ice until the egg white gives a thick foam.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe and garnish with an orange zest twist.
