Instructions

  1. Place one papaya slice in the shaker with the agave syrup and mash it well to release the fruit's flavour.
  2. Add the tequila reposado, Aperol, lime juice and orange juice.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard.

  5. Garnish with the remaining papaya slice.
