Instructions

  1. Put a coupe in the freezer or fill it with ice and water to chill.
  2. Add the Cognac, Honey Syrup, Honey Liqueur and Lemon Juice to a shaker with plenty of ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold to the touch.
  4. Empty the coupe and double strain the drink into it, so no ice chips get through.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
