Instructions

  1. Salt the rim of the highball glass if you like.
  2. In a mixing glass, stir the mezcal, gin and honey syrup together without ice until the honey syrup has dissolved completely.
  3. Add the lime juice and grapefruit juice, fill with ice and stir until chilled.
  4. Pour into the highball glass and top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with a wedge of pink or red grapefruit.
