Instructions

To make drink Add Olmeca, Pamplemousse Rose liqueur,dash of Peychauds And 25ml of the cordial (see below) top with soda. Ingredient Acid adjusted Passion fruit and Yuzu Cordial To make 1ltr Zest 3 Yuzu into 500gms powered sugar steep overnight then add Yuzu juice. Remove pulp from 10 passion fruit add to Yuzu Sherbet. Sous vide for 3hrs Add 10gms malic acid. (Malic is chosen as the Agave plant produces this at night.) Fine strain and bottle Keep in the fridge for 2weeks.
