Inspired by Maks Pazuniak’s 100 Year Old Cigar, I decided to explore a rum-Scotch blend but opted for gin and applejack instead, drawing from the Pink Lady's recipe. Adding Peychaud's Bitters seemed like a fitting touch compared to Angostura, so I named this creation the Painted Lady.
