Created by Jason Westplate in 2018. A stirred gin drink where Cocchi Barolo Chinato and a little chocolate liqueur add a bittersweet depth, with Angostura bitters for spice.

Similar names: Swiss Myth

Jason Westplate meant to make an Adonis in 2018, but a bottle of Cocchi Barolo Chinato in the pantry pushed the drink in another direction. The result borrows from the Adonis, with traces of the Negroni and a little of the Martinez.
