Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the Aperol, sweet vermouth and blended Scotch to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled rocks glass.
  5. Twist the orange peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it in.
