Instructions

  1. Fill a martini glass with ice, pour in the Absinthe and top with water.
  2. Leave it to stand while you make the drink.
  3. Stir the Sake, Vodka and Honey Syrup with ice in a mixing glass.
  4. Empty the ice and water from the martini glass, so only a thin coating of absinthe remains.
  5. Fine strain the stirred drink into the absinthe-coated glass.
  6. Garnish with a star anise.
