Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the dry sherry, dry vermouth, apple brandy, Bénédictine, pear & cognac liqueur and Boker's Bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist the lemon zest over the drink, then garnish with the zest and a green apple wedge.
