A gin sour with a silky egg white body, tart lemon and the herbal sweetness of green Chartreuse. Orange flower water adds a floral top note.

The Orange Flower Sour is a variation on JB Bernstein's Lavender Sour from 2017. A friend of the creator, Mike G., proposed swapping the original's lavender syrup for orange flower water.
