Instructions

  1. Add the blended Scotch, lemon juice, grapefruit juice and simple syrup to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Strain into a pilsner glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top up with the pilsner.
  5. Garnish with a half wheel of grapefruit.
